The primary goal of the positive touch class is to learn the wonderful art of: baby massage, baby yoga, peer-to-peer massage, music and movement with babies and children.

When parents attend classes and practise these skills on a regular basis they can enhance the bond they have with their baby, feel more confident in their parenting skills and make new friends.

All teachers listed are qualified and have been trained by one of our accredited training providers whose courses meet the Guilds’ stringent standards, and abide by the Code of Ethics.

Parents can expect the following from a teacher:

  • A non-judgemental, supportive and professional service
  • A warm, safe and inviting environment
  • Confidentiality
  • An empowering experience
  • Respect for both parent and baby
  • All teaching is demonstrated on a doll (as it is regarded as unethical for a teacher to touch a baby during teaching)
  • Current insurance to practice and current Criminal Records Bureaux disclosure
